*With the new laws, the use of headphones is mandatory in the Istanbul Historic Peninsula area. The rental fee for guide narration is 100 TL.

GENERAL TERMS

Our tour is a day trip, with no hotel accommodation. Our guide may make changes to the course of the program, provided that the program is carried out in full. Our tours are a whole consisting of the hotel, bus, tour program and guiding services and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. within the tour are non-refundable. Çorlu Travel is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour. The minimum number of participants required for this tour to depart is 30. If there is not a sufficient majority, Çorlu Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given 3 days in advance. The latest circular invalidates the previous circular. VAT is included in our prices.

·        Cancellation Terms

• Unpaid preliminary reservations are not guaranteed. Confirmed registrations take place when full payment has been made. 
• Our agency is not responsible for changes that may occur due to adverse weather conditions.
• Please confirm the tour departure time and meeting point with our office 2 days before the tour departs.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten or lost during the journey. 
• Cancellations can be made up to the last 3 business days.
• It is absolutely not possible to promise or guarantee a seat number during the reservation. Seats numbered 3 and 4 in the vehicles belong to the guide and assistant.
• The transportation and hotel information specified in the reservation may change, provided that the categories remain the same.
• Our guide may make changes to the course of the program, provided that the program is carried out in full. Çorlu Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited, although they are included in the tour program, as a result of our guests not complying with the times given by our guide during the tour. Çorlu Travel is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure before or during the tour. Our tours are a whole consisting of the hotel, bus, tour program and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.
• Since it is not always possible to find an ATM, currency exchange office, etc. due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during the day within the programs to be carried out; your guide will provide the necessary information.
• At lunch and dinner, tables allocated to groups are used depending on the density of the region.
• Our break locations may be changed due to force majeure such as crowding, renovation, etc., provided that their location and service standards remain the same.
• Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. are non-refundable.
• Participants must carry with them reports concerning health problems, pregnancy status and medications they use continuously when joining the tour. 

PLEASE READ

1-Please provide us with your passport number, Turkish ID number and date of birth in day, month and year format during the reservation.

2-Çorlu Travel reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same. City sightseeing tours may be carried out the following day depending on the arrival time in the city. 

3-All lunch and dinner services specified in the program may be provided at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or according to road conditions. 

4-Çorlu Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.

5-In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee is non-refundable.

6-The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day for certain reasons, rather than on the specified day/days. 

7-Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. Çorlu Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

8-Çorlu Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. Çorlu Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Çorlu Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Çorlu Travel has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms. 

9-Çorlu Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

10-The excursions specified as extras in the program may not be carried out if there is insufficient participation. Çorlu Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out the tours. 

11-Our guests who register for the tour and make payment are deemed to have accepted the terms specified regarding the tour.

12-Our company has no responsibility whatsoever regarding visa issuance. The Travel Agency is only an intermediary between the customer and the consulate.

13-ÇORLU TRAVEL is not responsible for problems arising at border gates due to issues with the passport or liçna card. All responsibility belongs to the guest. Hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than standard hotel rooms.

"Çorlu Travel bears no responsibility if facilities, museums and archaeological sites operating under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye and local municipalities cannot be visited because they are closed due to renovation, maintenance, restoration or any other work."
