• *Pre-reservations for which payment has not been made are not guaranteed and will be placed on the waiting list within 3 days. Final registrations are completed when the full payment is made. 
• *During reservation, seat number promises and guarantees can absolutely not be given. On tours with accommodation, rotation is applied in the seating arrangement by skipping a row each day. Seats 3 and 4 in the vehicles belong to the guide and assistant.
• *There is no guarantee for transportation and hotel notes entered in the reservation.
• *Clothing, accessories, and shoes suitable for the geography of the region visited, weather conditions, and the tour concept should be preferred.
• *Do not forget to bring the medications you use regularly when setting out on the tour.
• *Do not forget to put the items you need to keep continuously with you on the bus or beside you during the tour in your hand luggage.
• *Our agency is not responsible for changes that may occur due to adverse weather conditions.
• *Please confirm the tour departure time and meeting point from our office 1 day before the tour departs.

• *Our guide may make changes to the flow of the program provided that the program is fully carried out. Çorlu Travel has no responsibility for tours that cannot be carried out before or during the tour due to adverse weather conditions and force majeure.

• *The plateau hotels to be stayed in have the structure of bungalow and standard plateau hotel, and accommodation in the bungalow or hotel section is determined by the hotel. There is no obligation for local food in the hotels. 
• *Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it is not always possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is beneficial to be prepared.
• *Within the programs to be carried out, long distances may be covered during the day; necessary information will be provided by your guide.
• *Economical menus specific to the region are prepared for lunch.
• *For lunch and dinner, tables divided into groups are used depending on the density of the region.
• *Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure such as density, renovation, etc., provided that they remain the same in terms of location and service standards.

3-All lunch and dinner services specified in the program may, when deemed necessary or depending on road conditions, be provided at restaurants determined by the agency. 
4-Çorlu Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
5-In case the tour is canceled, the visa fee is not refunded.
6-The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day/days outside the specified day/days for some reasons. 
7-Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or taken for any reason are not carried out. Çorlu Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
8-Çorlu Travel is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. Çorlu Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Çorlu Travel only acts as an intermediary institution. Çorlu Travel has no sanctions or responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms. 
9-Çorlu Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
10-Excursions specified as extra in the program may not be carried out if there is not sufficient participation. Çorlu Travel cannot be held responsible for the excursions not being carried out. 
11-Our company has no responsibility regarding visa acquisition. The travel agency is only an intermediary between the customer and the consulate.
12-ÇORLU TRAVEL is not responsible for problems arising in passports or identity cards at border gates. All responsibility belongs to the guest. Hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than standards.
