KABATEPE PORT-KUZULİMANI-KALEKÖY-ZEYTİNLİ VILLAGE-GÖKÇEADA-AYDINCIK BEACH SWIMMING BREAK

The tour starts with departure from the back stop of Çorlu Vocational High School. After passing Tekirdağ and Ahievren, we cross Gelibolu and board the morning ferry from Kabatepe Port to Gökçeada (Greek: IMVROS), the westernmost point and the largest island of Turkey. With its unpolluted sea and untouched lands, it is a charming island that has carried Greek Villages, monasteries, and churches to the present day through the centuries, and has shown how societies can live together in harmony and friendship. It is the world’s first and only cittaslow island. Our island, with its 91 km coastline, has unpolluted seas, copper-colored soil, Aegean breezes of blue and green, and authentic villages. First, when we get off the ferry, we go to Kaleköy. Here we take a small village walk with a guide. In Kaleköy, you can taste wine, buy it, and spend pleasant moments in the village. For the shopping break, we spend time at the colorful stalls at the village entrance.Then we go to one of the island’s most popular villages, Zeytinli Village. After tasting the famous dibek coffee of Madam, the mastic pudding and discovering the village, we go to the island center. Here we give free time for our lunch. Those who wish can taste the island’s famous lamb or goat tandoori or olive-oil home-cooked dishes. Our guests who wish can also visit the Gökçeada City Museum with our guide during the free time. During free time we also give a shopping break, and in the center they can buy fully organic goat cheese, honey, olive oil, and delicious cookies. After lunch, to help you relieve your tiredness with the clear waters on the bays and beaches whose silence is broken only by the sea’s restless waves, our guide gives a swimming break at the beaches on Aydıncık beach. (Approximately 2-3 hours.) You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the facilities there and enjoy the sea. At the time specified by our guide, we gather and leave the island from Gökçeada Port on the evening ferry, heading to Kabatepe.
