1. The tours specified in the programs may be conducted on a day or days other than those stated in the event of compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner services included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. 

2. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days provided that their content does not change. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour because they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, ÇORLU TRAVEL is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

3. Extra tours specified in the program may not be conducted if there is insufficient participation. ÇORLU TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for tours not being carried out. Extra tours conducted along the route will be carried out even if all passengers do not participate. For extra tours to be conducted along the route, our guests who will not join the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before entering the city. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours conducted along the route are deemed to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the stopover point. Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or taken by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. ÇORLU TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.

4. The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of the persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and ÇORLU TRAVEL is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country or person shall be borne by the owner of the item. 

5. ÇORLU TRAVEL reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed application applies, and since the extra beds are foldable and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have acknowledged the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. The 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Child prices stated in the price list are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. 

6. Participants are required to have their Travel Insurance with them during the trip.

7. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the distances specified in km. In such a case, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour.

8. In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent forms for participation in the tour with them during travel.

9. Persons are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly during the tour.

Other Tour Information

- Guests participating must обязательно have a valid Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green Passport holders are exempt from the visa.)

- Visa service fee (additional service fees that may arise from Consulates such as cargo fee, form, consultancy, etc. are not included in the price.)

- Exit tax for leaving the country,  (It is recommended to pay to the relevant banks before the travel date and keep the receipt with you during the trip.)

- In order to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour, having Euro is sufficient. In regions using the local currency, the Guide will assist with currency exchange.

- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan, etc. for the night.

- During travel, waiting times at border gates crossed by road may exceed the standard; ÇORLU TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times. 

- The vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of people. The vehicle types below are assigned according to the number of people in each tour.
