After meeting at the specified points, following Tekirdağ and Çanakkale in the morning we arrive in the village of Şirince. We give free time in Şirince, an old Greek village famous for its houses resembling Safranbolu architecture and its fruit wines, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and preserving its unique village texture. After free time, our next stop is the House of Mary, regarded as one of the holiest places of Christianity, where Mary spent the last days of her life. Here we visit the Pool, Church and Holy Spring. After our tour, we begin visiting the Ancient City of Ephesus, which has been excavated for 100 years and only 10% of which has been uncovered. In the Ancient City of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved cities of the ancient Aegean world, the historical atmosphere in Ephesus draws us deep into history during our visit. Afterwards Kuşadası Marina area, then after free time we head to our hotel in Izmir. Accommodation and dinner. IZMIR
Day 3: IZMIR-ELEVATOR-KONAK SQUARE
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we begin our city tour where we will see unforgettable views while visiting Izmir, Turkey's 3rd largest city and one of Turkey’s most important trade, fair and student cities. We arrive at our first stop, the historic elevator. Although the elevator connecting two streets was built in 1907, there is no other like it in Anatolia. The historical elevator was built to provide quick and easy transportation between two districts reached by 155 steps from one to the other. Then we see the historic clock tower located in Konak Square. The most important feature of the 25-meter-high clock tower is its original architecture built with cut stones. The Clock Tower is very important for the people of Izmir and is generally preferred as a meeting place. Konak is one of Izmir’s centers of culture, art and entertainment. Guests who wish may stroll around Konak Pier square and spend time there. We give free time in Kemeraltı Bazaar. Kemeraltı Bazaar, home to 15,000 businesses, has become a large open-air shopping area in Izmir. Thanks to this feature, it attracts thousands of local and foreign tourists every year. In the Karşıyaka area we take a tea and coffee break. In the bazaar stretching along the coast, there are also dining options to suit every palate. Here, it is also possible to find specialties among Izmir’s famous flavors such as boyoz, gevrek, kumru, mussels and kokoreç. If you wish, you can lie on the grass and read your book, or you can walk, ride a bicycle, or sit by the sea with your friends and chat, enjoying the view and the peace. As our program ends, we depart in the evening for our return journey to Çorlu via Izmir-Çanakkale-Tekirdağ with you, our valued guests. We bid farewell by dropping you off at the points where we picked you up, hoping to see you again on our next ÇORLU TRAVEL tour.
