*Pre-reservations that have not been paid are not confirmed. Final bookings are only completed when the full payment is made.
*During reservation, no seat number promise or guarantee can be given. In tours with accommodation, a rotation system is applied where seating arrangements change daily. Seats numbered 3 and 4 in the bus belong to the tour guide and assistant.
*Transportation and hotel information specified during reservation may change, provided the categories remain the same.
*Appropriate clothing, accessories, and footwear suitable for the geographical structure of the destination, weather conditions, and tour concept should be chosen.
*Do not forget to bring your regularly used medications when departing for the tour.
*Ensure that items you need to keep with you constantly during the tour (either on the bus or in your possession) are placed in your carry-on luggage.
*Our agency is not responsible for any changes caused by adverse weather conditions.
*Please confirm the tour departure time and meeting point with our office one day before the tour starts.The agency reserves the right to change the tour departure time and is obligated to inform the guest accordingly.

*Cancellations must be made up to 15 days prior.
*Our guide may make changes to the program's course, provided the program is fully implemented. *Mountain lodges to be used will have Bungalow and standard mountain lodge structures; accommodation in either the bungalow or hotel section is determined by the establishment. There is no obligation for local cuisine at these hotels.
*Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
*Long distances may be covered within a day as part of the scheduled programs; necessary information will be provided by your guide.
*Economic menus specific to the region are prepared for lunch meals.
*For lunch and dinner, tables divided into groups may be used depending on regional density.
*Our rest stops may be changed regarding location and service standards due to force majeure reasons such as congestion or renovation, provided they remain equivalent.
*Unused rights for transportation, accommodation, side trips, etc., are not refundable.

3-All lunch and dinner services specified in the program may be served at restaurants selected by the agency if deemed necessary or depending on road conditions.
4-Çorlu Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
5-In case of tour cancellation, visa fees are non-refundable.
6-Sightseeing tours specified in the program may be conducted on a different day than specified due to various reasons.
7-Tours or visits that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Çorlu Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or visits.
8-Çorlu Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visas if deemed necessary. Çorlu Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. Çorlu Travel only performs its role as an intermediary agency. For personal visa applications, Çorlu Travel has no liability or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
9-Çorlu Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
10-Extra tours specified in the program may not be conducted if there is insufficient participation. Çorlu Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
11-Guests who register for the tour and make payment accept the specified terms related to the tour.
12-The company bears no responsibility regarding visa acquisition. The travel agency acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the consulate.
13-ÇORLU TRAVEL is not responsible for issues arising from passports or license cards at border crossings. All responsibility lies with the guest. Hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than standard European hotel room sizes.
