General Information
HEALTH
There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues with meals served in the region's excellent restaurants and hotels. However, we recommend that you be cautious regarding food and drink when you are not with the group; strictly consume bottled water; avoid ice, milk, and dairy products; eat only meat and fish products that are thoroughly cooked; and choose fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by our local agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open or closed, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible (so-called coach beds), participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
Child discounts apply only to one child aged within the range specified in the pricing section, staying alongside two adults.
Breakfasts included in the tour services are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, this may be served in a separate hall allocated exclusively for the group.
TIME ZONE
Germany, Switzerland, France, and Belgium are 1 hour behind Turkey during summer time and 2 hours behind during winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey during summer, it is 17:30 in Italy.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for potential noise, a camera, a video camera, along with their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows for comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
French cuisine has a rich culture dating back to the Middle Ages. Famous for its renowned local beverages and a wide variety of cheeses, French cuisine is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macarons, and soufflés.
Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.
Dutch cuisine is not particularly rich, but its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast-food style.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (if required for the destination/passport) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from airport taxes and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide's commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the designated day and time due to events, or if roads are closed for any reason. Similarly, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to adverse weather conditions making them impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, where possible, at points where road access or vehicle entry is restricted.
